    Dave Has been involved in the Hospitality industry for over 15 years. His years of experience have included every position in Food and Beverage up to Multi Unit Management. In 1999 while a Hotel GM He formed Solutions Catering with his partner Mohammad Asghar to Manage the Food and Beverage department of his property thus starting what is today F & B Solutions. While Mr. Asghar handled the daily operations of Solutions for the next 8 years, Dave continued his career in Hotels eventually leading to multi Unit Hotel Management. During the course of his career Mr. Crance has been responsible for repositioning troubled properties and on three separate occasions with different brands and regions has managed to raise property revenues by 50% under his leadership. In 2006 Mr. Crance assumed the role of Director of Operations with Solutions to focus solely on his original passion – Hotel Food and Beverage. –

  • Mohammad Asghar, CFM.
    Dir. Of Catering

    Mohammad Asghar has over 15 years Food and Beverage Experience with over half his career spent with Solutions. His positions have included everything from chef to owner operator. Today Mohammad maintains his role as a managing partner of F &B Solutions while simultaneously remaining one of Northern Virginia’s Premier caterers in and southwest Asian Cuisine. Mohammad is responsible for all event proposals and execution for off site services.

  • Mohammad Ashraf, CFM.
    Dir. Of Purchasing

    Mohammad Ashraf Joined our Team in 2006. Ash is a Professional Travel agent with ARC Certification and has over ten years experience as a travel Consultant. His experience includes being an international travel agent for American express and most recently a DoS / Government Travel Consultant for Carlson. Through out his career Ash has worked with Mr. Asghar on his catering events in a part time capacity and joined as a managing partner of Solutions during the 2006 conversion to a management company.

  • Jose Barahona, CFM.
    Dir. Of F & B

    * Jose Barahona Joined Solutions in 2007 with the acquisition of the management contract on the location he was currently employed in. Jose has over a decade of hotel food and beverage experience and while maintaining his role as Dir of F & B has also taken over event coordination and planning for all solutions Hispanic events.
